I haven't used Deviant Art regularly for YEARS. And now I really want to & have absolutely no clue about how to use more than half the changes that have taken place since my da days. But I did get a llama badge.... lol what?
All of my artistic energy has been devoted to polymer clay & has been for the past 5yrs. It's definitely my "thing". It's a huge outlet for me, it's my therapy. And I'm really excited about all the positive feedback I've been receiving since posting some of my newer pieces this past week. I am quickly reminded of how awesome this community is.

2 years?!
It's been awhile.
And I don't really feel like typing all about the past 2yrs. So how about the highlights?
Well as most of you already know I had a baby boy in December 2005, yes that means now I have a toddler and that means my hands are quite full. But he's a blast. Also I got married Halloween 06 to the man of my dreams. So while life is quite busy, it's also been so amazing.
As for the art in my life, of course has had to take the back seat for awhile. But I'm happy to say I've been quite involved since November. Though my medium of choice has changed from digital art to sculpting with polymer clay. I LOVE IT. It has been the best o

life is good.
I don't think summer is going to end this year.. today it's 95, and while that may sound wonderful and I should be frolicking at beach, being almost 8 mos pregnant, not going to happen. ;)
We took a trip last weekend to AZ, to visit my guys dad and stepmom.. it's amazing there, but painfully hot, needless to say, we didn't go outside much.
Getting ready for baby, not a really easy task.. We've got the crib, and storage space for his clothes and things, but trying to buy the essentials is wracking our brains.. I live about 2000 miles away from my friends/family.. so I will not be having a baby shower which makes me a little sad, not that I

wow.. I don't even know where to start.
things are going amazing in my life right now, ryan and I are stronger than ever, he's my everything, and makes me the happiest person alive. We're still living in San Diego, with plans to move back to the midwest in early spring 2006, while we absolutely love it here.. we miss our friends and family.. ALOT..
speaking of family, that brings me to my next big announcement, I am PREGNANT!
crazy, I know.. it was totally unexpected.. and while we struggled alot with our decisions, we've decided to move forward and give this baby stuff a try ;)
I am currently 18wks & 3days, our baby is due December 10th.
